Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. After you have read our return policy and still need to return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and details about the product.

We'll cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, like receiving an incorrect or defective item. If not, you'll be responsible for these costs.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized products, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please contact us and send your purchase back to our specified address.

Please note that any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is also not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there can be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Service@njliangxu.cn.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only refund regular priced items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at Service@njliangxu.cn.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in United States and most areas in Canada from Ohio or Nevada. All products ordered online will be shipped out within 3 business days.

The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the weight of the product, which is borne by the customer.
