Manual Compact Coil Winder and Automatic Winding Machine NZ-2
The Automatic Coil Winding Machine is designed to create coils for a wide range of applications including low frequency transformers, inductors, resistors, relays, solenoid valves, generators, and motors. It is capable of accepting wires with diameters ranging from 0.12 mm to 0.91 mm, providing great flexibility. The machine offers two separate speeds for added control over the final product. A 1:6 speed ratio is typically used for thinner wires to produce coils more quickly, while the 1:1.5 speed ratio is generally used for thicker wires for precise control. The output is a neatly wound and evenly distributed coil with a length of up to 110 mm and a diameter ranging from 12 mm to 150 mm.
