High-Frequency Inversion Battery Spot Welder
The high-frequency inversion battery spot welder is a newly designed welding machine that utilizes six super capacitors for energy storage and pulse welding. It differs from traditional AC transformer spot welders by avoiding interference with the electric circuit, thereby eliminating tripping problems.
This welder incorporates low-consumption super energy-gathered millisecond pulse technology, maximizing pulse energy output in milliseconds. This ensures excellent welding spots without damaging the battery. With a welding output of 42KW/7000A, this welder supports large-capacity power battery for copper/aluminum terminals welding.
The LED display screen and controlling buttons allow real-time monitoring of capacitor voltage, charging current, power grade, and actual welding current parameters. Users can conveniently adjust parameters by pressing the buttons. The welder offers two welding modes: 'AT' automatic mode for quick welding and 'MT' foot pedal controlling mode for beginners or precise welding.
Additionally, the product comes with multiple welding pen accessories to fulfill various welding requirements. The package includes the default 75A-Plus welding pen for large capacity power battery welding. Additional welding pens are available for separate purchase.
A newly added feature is the 'Welding Spot Resistance Milliohm Meter,' allowing for quick measurement of resistance between the connecting piece and battery electrodes post-spot welding. Lower resistance indicates better welding effects, while this function provides an easy way to check for poor welding spots.
