Electric Solenoid Valve- 1/2" 110V AC with Brass Body Normally Open and NBR SEAL
Normally open (N/O) electric solenoid valve made with a durable brass body, 1/2" female threaded (NPT) connections, and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals. Suitable for hot or cold water, natural gas, air, very low viscosity fluids (< 20 cst), and oils. The solenoid valves are IP65 rated, able to withstand water spray. Recommended to enclose if permanently installed outdoors. Not for underwater use. Customers select this general purpose valve for various applications including DIY projects, moderate temperature uses, water exchange for aquariums, air horns, or bleeding moisture from air tanks.

OVERHEATING WARNING: Not for continuous operation (not a 100% duty cycle). When energized, the solenoid valve will get hot under normal operating conditions. The coil reaches a maximum temperature of about 176°F (80°C), following national standards (JB/T7352-2010). Continuous energizing for more than 8 hours may cause the coil to burn.
